These Terms of Use, which we call the terms, form a binding agreement between you and CalculatNow, referred to here as we, us, or our, and they govern your access to and use of the website at calculatnow.com and everything on it, which we call the site.

By visiting the site or using any calculator on it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

CalculatNow publishes free online calculators and supporting explanations across finance, real estate, health and fitness, math, and everyday topics. The calculators run in your browser. You do not need an account, and we do not charge for access.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove any calculator, feature, or page at any time, with or without notice, and we may limit access if we need to protect the site or its users. We do not promise that any particular calculator will remain available.

This is the most important term on the page. Our calculators and written content are provided for general information and education only. They are not medical, financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, or real estate advice, and using the site does not create any professional or fiduciary relationship between you and us.

Results are estimates produced from the values you enter and from published formulas and public data. They cannot account for your individual circumstances. Before you act on anything you calculate here, consult a professional who is qualified and licensed in the relevant field and in your jurisdiction. The site is intended for a general adult audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that breaks a law or regulation that applies to you.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any connected system, or probe, scan, or test its security.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, including by denial of service, flooding, or any automated request pattern that places an unreasonable load on it.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or copy the site or its data in bulk, or use automated means to extract content, except that well behaved search engine crawlers are welcome subject to our robots directives.
• Reproduce, republish, resell, or redistribute our content or calculators, or create a derivative service from them, without our prior written permission.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, attribution, source citation, or disclaimer.
• Introduce malware, or upload or transmit anything harmful, deceptive, or infringing.
• Frame, mirror, or present the site in a way that suggests an association, sponsorship, or endorsement that does not exist.

You may of course use individual results for your own personal or internal business purposes, and you are welcome to link to any page on the site.

The CalculatNow name, logo, page designs, written explanations, and the particular selection, arrangement, and implementation of the calculators are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Underlying mathematical formulas, published standards, and data released by public authorities are not owned by us, and nothing in these terms claims otherwise. Where we rely on such material, we cite it.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to access and use the site. All rights we do not expressly grant are reserved.

We welcome corrections and suggestions, and we would much rather hear about a calculation error than not. If you send us feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free right to use it to improve the site without any obligation to you. Please do not send us information you consider confidential.

If you give us your email address to hear about new calculators, you agree that we may email you for that purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message we send, or by writing to us. We handle your address as described in our Privacy Policy.

The site links to third party websites, including government and standards bodies whose data we cite. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and your dealings with any third party are solely between you and them.

The site is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that any calculator, formula, or figure is accurate, current, or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, savings, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the site, however caused and on any theory of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Where that is so, these exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent the law allows, and nothing here limits a right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CalculatNow and its contributors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, and reasonable legal cost arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party.

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page, and the revised terms take effect when they are posted. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to highlight it. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms, so please check this page occasionally.

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and each of us waives any objection to venue there.

If you are a consumer resident in a country whose law gives you the protection of your local courts or mandatory local consumer rules, nothing in this section takes that protection away from you.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent, and we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

These terms, together with the Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and replace any earlier version.
